Last updated: 25 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the Tax Filing Dubai website (taxfilingdubai.com) and your engagement of our corporate tax filing services. By contacting us, engaging our services, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

1. About Tax Filing Dubai

Tax Filing Dubai provides document preparation and filing assistance services for UAE Corporate Tax returns. We assist companies in preparing and submitting simplified corporate tax returns to the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA). We operate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Important: Tax Filing Dubai is not a licensed tax agent under UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations unless explicitly stated in a separate written engagement letter. Our services constitute filing assistance and document preparation only, and do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, or tax consultancy as defined under UAE law.

2. Scope of Services

Our standard service, priced at AED 1,000 per company per filing period, includes: (a) review of the information and documents you provide; (b) preparation of a simplified UAE Corporate Tax return; (c) submission of the return to the FTA on your behalf; and (d) confirmation of submission.

Our services are limited to simplified corporate tax filings for eligible companies. The following are expressly excluded from our standard service: complex corporate structures, transfer pricing documentation, multi-entity consolidated filings, tax dispute resolution, FTA audit representation, tax planning or advisory services, VAT filings, and any filing outside the UAE Corporate Tax regime.

3. Eligibility and Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for determining whether your company is eligible for the services we offer, including eligibility for Zero Revenue treatment or Small Business Relief under UAE Corporate Tax Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022). We will assist in assessing eligibility based on the information you provide, but we do not guarantee eligibility.

You are responsible for: (a) providing accurate, complete, and timely information and documents; (b) ensuring your company is registered with the FTA where required; (c) reviewing and approving the prepared tax return before submission; (d) maintaining your own records in accordance with UAE law; and (e) notifying us promptly of any changes to your company's circumstances.

This service is not available to DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) member companies. DMCC members are subject to separate filing requirements under DMCC authority and must use DMCC's designated process.

4. Fees and Payment

Our standard fee is AED 1,000 (UAE Dirhams one thousand) per company per filing period. All fees are quoted and payable in UAE Dirhams (AED). Fees are due prior to or upon commencement of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where we are unable to complete the service due to our own error or omission. Additional fees may apply for services outside the standard scope, which will be communicated and agreed before any additional work begins.

5. Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information, documents, and data you provide to us are accurate, complete, and not misleading. You acknowledge that we prepare your tax return based solely on the information you provide. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, penalties, or FTA assessments arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Misrepresentation of revenue, eligibility, or any material fact to the FTA is a violation of UAE Corporate Tax Law and may result in penalties, fines, or criminal liability. We will not knowingly submit inaccurate information to the FTA.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Tax Filing Dubai's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (b) FTA penalties, fines, or assessments arising from information you provided; (c) delays caused by FTA processing times or system outages; (d) losses arising from your failure to meet filing deadlines where you did not engage us with sufficient notice; (e) changes in UAE tax law or FTA regulations after we have commenced your filing.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your company's information to any third party except: (a) to the FTA as required to submit your tax return; (b) as required by UAE law, regulation, or court order; (c) with your prior written consent.
